after reading this article last week i went to my butchers and asked if i could have a load of the stuff that they normally throw out.last week i got a couple of rib bones and some scraps of meat, this week however i got a black binbag full of stuff that he would have thrown away.i got
3 x Pork (i think) rib cages
4 x shoulder blades (i think they are shoulder blades)
4 x pig legs (marrow bone type)
loads of scrap meat and skin and other bits
4 x pigs ears
2 x pig heads.....eeeewwwww
i was pocking around in the bag and as i tried to pull a bit of meat out this head came with it
it scarred the life out of me, anyway i have two pigs heads and i have no idea what to do with them because i dont have a pan big enough to fit them in....gonna have to buy a bigger pan
. my six foot freezer is now totaly filled up with bits for the dogs
