I finally found a way to stop Cass from moving me down, i recalled her and when she was about 6 foot away from hitting my legs i said 'STOP!' loudly and put both hands out in front of me & she stopped instantly and sat down.  ;D

Bumping this because i need to ask if this is the same as an emergency stop. How do i teach an emergency stop by using a clicker & what would the whistle command be for this? I am trying hard not to have too many different whistle commands at this stage because i am all thingers & thumbs and i confuse myself if i have too many things going on at once.

Thanks Izzie, that's the one i was looking for. I'll start that one off with the clicker in the yard outside.
