Yeah I wouldn't use the skin anyway...
First turkey cake went well... I think... It came out a little doughy. Is that right or should it be hard like a biscuit? I will make it thinner in future if that's the case! Either way, she's gone absolutely nuts for it! :)

Will continue clickering this morning...

It's in the freezer now! All cut up into little cubes! (that was a laborious process... and I still haven't got the smell of garlic and chicken out of my hands!) :)

I've decided that It's just too garlicey... I think I'm starting to sweat garlic somehow!! I got the proportions far too wrong.  I've ditched this lot and am going to make it again tonight... Trial and error I guess...

Couple of good size cloves of garlic to a couple of lbs of liver  ;) works for me

I've decided that It's just too garlicey... I think I'm starting to sweat garlic somehow!! I got the proportions far too wrong.  I've ditched this lot and am going to make it again tonight... Trial and error I guess...

She'll eat it, whatever the state!  :D

Doughy is fine but can crumble too much,  unless you do a really thin layer it's not going to be crunchy  :)
