Bramble is poorly

Bramble had to go to the vets today, she has an ulcerated gum near her canine tooth, it's deep, sore and smells bad Vet said it could be a stick injury meaning she has managed to get stabbed in the gob or it could an allergy reaction was a fancy name attached to that but memory is not what it use to be
She has had a pain killer to last 24hrs
an antibiotic injection which lasts two weeks so no pills
some painkiller drops for the next day or two. Cost £44

Vet thinks she is part oriental by the head shape and she is lean and leggy, I thought the same but didn't say anything to the vet before. She reminds me of my old cat Honey, we lost her at 20 1/2 -  she was half Siamese and I adored her, it broke my heart when I lost her but Bramble has some of her funny little ways.
Paws crossed please that it heals, she's my baby cat

I know, that's why the shock expected it to be much more. The vet is very good, I feel comfortable with her unlike most who tend to be very patronizing
