hey
« on: November 05, 2008, 07:11:45 AM »
hey im kendal.

i have two 2year old Cockapoo bitches. Gypsy and Inca. we are hoping to get a third at some point.

i have done a wee but of agility with Gypsy but had to stop as my class were stopped and moved out of my travail distance.

i enjoy training my dogs and i am a member of a very good training school, who i regularly walk with. both myself and my girls have climbed 3 Munroe's as part of our extreme walking.

hope to have a good chat on here. but sorry you are going to have to put up with lots of photos.

i have climbed Ben Lomond. then did Beinn Ghlas and Ben Lawers  in the same day. me and some others from my dog school have our eyes now set on Nevus. we were meant to do it this year but the weather would have made it dangerous on the day we had arranged for everyone to go.

Ben Lomond was the first I did - been up the other 2 as well.  :) Brilliant feeling isn't it?  ;D Only problem is when it's all misty and you don't get the view.  >:(

Wow, you did get stunning views, I am most jealous.  ;D I got good views on some, but all three of those were misty when I went up, though it cleared briefly on Ben Lomond.  ;D

There was a good group of you!

Hey, now that looks like fun!

umm, so what's a munro then?  A big hill?
if you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch

a munro is a scottish mountain over 3000ft - but in order to be classed as a munro there has to be a drop of 500 ft between it and the next one - if not the taller one is a munro and the shorter one is a top.  :) does that make sense?   :)
