Arthritis
« on: November 07, 2008, 09:38:48 PM »
Not Tam's though he is still limpy but mine ::)
Got it in most of my finger joints, as a result of the cold wet weather I can't use my fingers very well ::)
Don't want NSAID - have to be careful as I am on Thyroxine ::)
Got the magnetic bracelet which does help, any other suggestions, anyone??

Yeah, get the gel or cream.

We have the gel and the bath soak- as it sinks into the skin quicker!  :)

Mum said this is the best one for value for money and should work within 3 days of usage

If you dont like it, you can send it back within 28 days and get a refund- even if used!

 :tease:

Drink it. ;D  Dissolve the honey in a little hot water, then fill the cup with hot water and add a capful of cider vinegar.  It's my first drink in the morning and I find it far more refreshing than my normal coffee.  If I remember,  I'll have another cup during the day.

My Bioflow helps my hands and this helps my feet!!

Bioflow has helped but do a manual job so using my hands all the time, will try the drink ;)

Contains diclofenac which is a NSAID, works but can still upset your stomach as it's absorbed through the skin and into the blood stream

I find that orange juice (and grapefruit) sets the arthritis off much worse.   :-[

See if you can get hold of Curing Arthritis the Drug Free Way by Margaret Hills.  She's a nurse what was bedridden for 3 years with osteo and rhumatoid arthritis.  After painful doctor treatments she sorted herself out, using her medical knowledge, using natural things, including cider vinegar.

I've got a very small paperback book but I see on Ebay that she's got more up to date ones, but as you might guess, mine came from a car boot sale!! ::)
