Will see if I can get hold of it, tried the drink :vomit: but will try again, maybe the taste will grow on me.
A friend has got some arnica  gel so I have borrowed it - maybe in my mind but my hands do feel a bit easier :)

Well Ladies I have been using the arnica  gel for 4 days, twice a day. One finger is still giving me jip but the rest are a lot better :ok: The bad finger happens to have my wedding ring cutting off the circulation  ::) may have to have it cut off :( the ring not the finger. :o
Rough I have been good and taken the cider vinegar and honey drink  hotter water and more honey then it tastes Ok ;)
Now am feeling better so why and how do these remedies work, can understand the arnica a little but not the drink

At least you'll know why you're suffering!

I manage to get away with red wine but others can't.  I was on hot red mulled wine last night sitting outside until 10pm watching the carnival and I'm fine today.  :surprise:

I've not tried it myself but used to know a groomer who did nothing but hand strip Westies.  She used to recommend it for her old clients as well as all sorts of 'alternative stuff' to sort their skin problems!  She used to suggest that the humans give a teaspoonful of their cider vinegar/honey to their dog each time they drank theirs!
