when will the goverment realise that its not the microchipping that is the problem, the problem is that very rarly are the pets actually scannered when they are found, stolen then sold.

Exactly and as most vets don't scan

heard the new chip that suppose to tell the dogs temp can't be picked up by some scanners so that's helpful.
