Hi Tilly-Miss

Welcome, I am quite new here but am finding everyone realy nice.

re Tablets, I have tried many ways with my oldest sheltie who has had bronchitis for about three years and is on steroids and millophiline and has the habit of spiting them out as soon as my back is turned. The method I use is to sit her on a chair have all pills ready, open her mouth place tablet as far back as possible in her throat as possible. (short finger nails please) I immediatly give her a garlic and furnigreek pill which she eats from my hand and loves, she is always in a hurry to eat this in case the others get it. always give a treat after all the pills are taken, your dog will soon take the pills to get the treat!

Best way to give tablets is trick them cut up four treats whatever is a good yummy, hide pill in one piece.
Then drop on the floor a bit without pills then another then the pill one quickly followed by the last piece
