Luna had a Natural Apptitude Test on Sunday. It's a test to assess the dog's natural working abillity. Usually aimed at young dogs before heavy duty training has been drummed in! They are assessed on the following: Hunting, Pointing, Gun Shyness, Biddability, Retrieving, Tracking and Water.
Luna got a full marks for her hunting, pointing, gun shyness, biddability and retrieving. She lost two marks on her tracking but she has never done this before and lost 3 marks for her water which she is rubbish at anyway so had no expectations!!! Her total score was 35 out of 40 so we were very pleased!!
We are on a Partridge count on saturday and hoping to get some action shots of her so if I am lucky to get any I will post them on.
