its dead simple

get some blackberries - give um a wash

shove um in a bottle

pour in some vodka 

leave for about 6 months

its very nice -very strong buit nice - need lemonade with it 

the sloe gin is just as simple - you need to shove some sugar in with it LOL

I have made the sloe gin before, love it but hard to find the sloes around here
Will have to try the blackberry vodka, got a freezer full of blackberries

Not a guest but I didn't realise that - only thing I can recall ever printing off is the sticky on criteria (and it wouldn't ruddy print properly, i had to write half the words in myself  ), hope that is OK, sorry. 

And I tend not to log in at work, just guest around - I am a subversive element.  Didn't realise you could log in then be a guest though - how on earth do people do that - and why???

Oh - and does anyone have a recipe for elderflower wine? I keep forgetting to ask my granny and at least if I write it down I might remember to ask even if no-one does!!
