Shadow chasing – help

I need help urgently, we have a very manic shaow chaser, she has been tormented with a light, why people think it is fuynny to see a dog chasing a light I;ll never know, anyway she has been brought into rescue and has not had the best start in life, she’s only 2 but has had at least 1 litter of pups, we ideally need her into foster care, she was rehomed to a couple who had dealt with shadow chasing and said they would be able to cope, but she’s too much for them
Can anyone help please

Sorry can’t help, think that’s a job for Kiz but good luck with her.
