Went to see the Pussycat Dolls, they were great ;D
The weather was appalling……..thunder, lightening, heavy rain ALL night, high winds 🙁 it was wet and cold the whole time we were there.
Racecourse food and drinks ……..overpriced……small glass of wine and a bottled beer nearly £8.50 😮
couldn’t pick a winner in a one horse race ::)
Trying to get a taxi home, you had to wait at the taxi rank outside with 101 other people. Tried phoning for one but they wouldn’t send out a taxi as ‘there are plenty on the rank’ yeah if you wanted to wait for nearly an hour.
Walked back into town across the heath in the end, it was quicker and as we were already wet anyway………
Got some pics not very good as I couldn’t get closer, people were crowding round the stage an hour and a half before the show started. It was p***ing it down with rain the whole time so they were soaked to the skin.
