the most laid back border collie ever
« on: May 11, 2011, 07:06:17 AM »
I have come to the conclusion that Lunar may be the most un-neurotic border collie that ever walked the planet.

We went to a clicker workshop at the weekend - and if its a little bit wierd (ie going round a cone) she visabily rolls her eyes at you and cant be arsed

If she can do it laid down she will - she doesnt bomb about on walks she just toddles about - she cant be arsed playing ball

Really the only thing we have a problem is barking at other dogs to get them to play - but once they do she walks away like she cant be bothered

Nothing really a problem appart from lack of motivation to do anything other than sleep

well yeh they would i suppose but its a bit bad when your 20 week old border collie goes  ::) at you all the time

lol actually shes really good - picks stuff up really quickly and tries ever so hard - but if she doesnt see the point to it then no sodding chance

you sure it's a BC? sounds just like my rough collie, Willow. She never stands when she can sit and never sits if she can lay down, if she can have a catnap when she lays down then she will ::)

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it,
Just pee on it and walk away
