Sorry probably a silly question but what do you stuff a frozen kong with? I imagine it takes less time to eat. latifah can empty hers within a couple of mins.

You can do mashed banana and freeze it so it lasts longer. Infact you can freeze lots of things, natural yog, peanut butter etc. Stuff a pigs ear in one, that always lasts along time  😉

She hasn’t learnt to throw it on a hard surface to make it come out quicker yet, has she? (grr!)  Then he tried to do that with semi-defrosted yoghurt coz he couldn’t chew it out fast enough.  In my lounge….  Nice yoghurty smelling carpet.

    Grrr.  (again)

I sometimes squish lots of frozen freeflow mince in – Loki loves that – but doesn’t last long.  Banana with natural yoghurt and sometimes a bit of other fruit like berries takes ages  🙂 I seal the ends with philadelphia – then freeze.

I also use Peanut Butter – but that wouldn’t work in a nut allergy house  🙂
