    don’t know – after i boiled it i baked half of it and put the other half on a plate in the fridge overnight. if you’re meaning how long it will keep pre-cooking – i would freeze it.  :-\

    isnt liver funny with freezing raw as most is pre frozen beforehand – wonder tho i guess no reason why you cant freeze cooked? – could you do the boil then frezze defrost and dry out?

    keeps for a while, tho longer in fridge in airtight, i keep it til it goes a bit green  >:D

    just note to self so i don’t have to look up conversion tables again – gas half to 1 for 45-60 mins.

    and a question – i thought once the liver was dried it would keep for a while not start to grow mould?  ??? was i wrong, or if not what have i done wrong?  ???
