Grrr bloody college

The college has changed their policy on the canine students, in that we arent allowed to leave our dogs in the car >:( >:( Am bloody fuming because if they had done this to us last year, Jess wouldnt have coped. Instead we have to either book them into the creche- of which there are 10 pens or we have to leave them in crates in a stable.  :boooo: :boooo: :boooo: :boooo:

While I am ok as I dont need to take a dog, I would have taken Livs for the weekends rather than leave her, now I cant bring her as I wont leave her in a sodding stable and the creche dont accept unvaxed dogs.

Does the Animal Welfare Act cover this?
