Hello ladies, sorry I have not been about much.  Looks very quiet on the board.

Have you seen the German guy at the Champ shows selling Pigs ear and tripe sticks etc?
Goes by the name Dogs Paradise on tour.

What do you think of what he is selling, compared to the other guy (Mr Smelly)?

Comments (good or bad) are very welcome.  I just wish to gauge thoughts on the stuff he sells.

I am still here daily but very very quiet still signing loads of new people in but they never post.
As for the pigs ear guy have never used him as I make my own

I have been seeing a steady flow of people joining, but very few posts.  I keep an eye on one or two other boards and they are quiet too.

Easy as people these days do not make brawn and stuff Iike we had when I was growing up so the pigs head round here are free.
Bev makes some wonderful things out of a pigs head me I just skin it along with ears and cook in a low oven until crispy

I know we do the liver loaf with garlic (smelly), but I would not have considered doing our own pigs ears.
