So far and at last count, there are going to be an amazing 36 activities/stalls plus the BBQ, food and refreshments! So provided the weather stays fine it should be a fun family packed day with lots to do and enjoy for everyone. Please pray for sunshine!

There will also be guest appearances by three of our kennel dogs – so your chance to meet:

Our feature dog Cassie who has been with us in rescue since December 2008 – she loves everyone & everything and has a large fan club following! She says; “keep the cuddles coming – she’ll take them all thank you”!

With guest appearances by Barney with his cool dude and foxy good looks and Missy our sociable “soppy Miss Rottie”!

So your chance to get up close and personal with a few of our dogs which you may have been following on our forum for some time.

Visits by homed dogs and their forever home owners have been promised on a large scale and we are looking forward to seeing the dogs that no-one wanted in all their glory now that they are much loved and treasured pets.

The Rescue Remedies Team will also be on hand to answer any questions and ensure you have fun and to be honest we can’t wait until Saturday!

So please try and join us, even if it’s just for a hour or so.

Helen Chamberlain added a little glamour to our event and talked Sky TV into donating clothes to sell at the Fun Day. Many thanks to her and her friends who helped sell them. Also Helen announced the winners of our raffle prizes. Helen has also fostered and homed our dogs in the past.

Stunning photos of our Cassie who has been with us in kennels for two years.  She excelled herself yesterday and was a credit to us all.  Our bomb proof dog who meet everyone with a cuddle and every dog with a tail wag.  Beautiful new pictures of her are on her link on our forum:  http://rescueremedies.myfastforum.org/ftopic953-375.php

    HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY

Julian went off to a home instead of going back to kennels. He is being cared for with a view to adoption.

The support from families who brought their adopted Rescue Remedies/Staffie Rescue/Terrier Rescue dogs along to say hello was phenomal.  Great to see so many old friends. It was a very uplifting and emotional day for us all.

We raised an amazing £4,541.00!!!!!! WHOAAAAAAAAAAA!
