its dead simple

get some blackberries – give um a wash

shove um in a bottle

pour in some vodka  ;D

leave for about 6 months

its very nice -very strong buit nice – need lemonade with it  😉

the sloe gin is just as simple – you need to shove some sugar in with it LOL

I have made the sloe gin before, love it but hard to find the sloes around here 🙁
Will have to try the blackberry vodka, got a freezer full of blackberries ;D

Not a guest but I didn’t realise that – only thing I can recall ever printing off is the sticky on criteria (and it wouldn’t ruddy print properly, i had to write half the words in myself  ::) ), hope that is OK, sorry.  :-[

sorry this is really random, but that hugh fernly whatshisname made elderflower wine on his last show, channel 4 – you might find a recipe on the website  🙂
