    hi,

oh yeah – totally agree theres lots of nice things – the whole site is very nice to navigate and offers nice products etc …. i was very impressed – was just that one little thing which grabbed me i suppose as it seemed out of place with everything else you offer 😉

wasnt suggesting to write it off – i am sure there is a demand for them, i just wouldnt discount it (but can also understand you want rid of it lol !!).

what about removing it from the site and ebaying it instead ??

It’s funny you should suggest ebay as we did try it for a couple of weeks and couldn’t sell it there either!! I ended up paying all the listing fees and still had the bark collar too  🙁 I think I’m going to be plagued by it for ages!

We made the decision regarding the collars a while ago – we ordered some before we really understood enough about them and although I’m sure some people still advocate them I personally feel as though there are other training methods out there which are equally effective and much more humane. (anyway I’ll get off my soapbox now!!!)

Thanks for all your other feedback too – it’s really helpful to get other perspectives – you can’t see the wood for the trees when it’s your own site!

    looked at this before …

nice but dont agree with having anti bark collars on sale – i understand as a shop you need to stock what ppl want to buy but even so u could put discounts on kinder training things 🙂

    Hi Claire,

Thanks for your e-mail and I completely agree with you. We made the wrong decision in stocking these items when we launched and unfortunately due to the value of the items we can’t afford to just write them off. I’ve reduced the last one down to cost price to clear it (thankfully we’ve only got one left) and as soon as this one is sold then the item will be removed completely from the site and we will not stock any more in the future.
It was a silly mistake on our part in stocking them back at the beginning and one that has haunted us since but we live and learn with all these things  🙂

Hi Emma and welcome from me and dodger ;D

The easiest way to upload picture’s is by http://www.photobucket.com it’s free and easy to use. Just copy the IMG code, once you’ve uploaded the picture, into your message here. I can’t wait to see some pictures of Oscar.

I really like your website – good picture’s and most of it seems to be reasonably priced 😉

Hi again! I took your advice and loaded a photo onto photobucket which I have set as my profile picture. I’ll load a few more soon too! I just wondered if you could let me know how to add a photo as my signature (like your photography banner?) I’ve tried lots of different codes from Photobucket but they always seem to show as the code and not the photo if that makes sense? Sorry for all the questions – I seem to have adopted you as my photo support line!! Emma x

Welcome from me and Rafe too!

I’ve just been nosying round your site and found those Nina Ottosson dog toys – they look AMAZING.  What a brilliant idea for some doggy brain work.  I’ll be saving my pennies for one of those!

Look forward to seeing pics of your Oscar!

Hi Justine and Rafe!! Thanks for your e-mail. The Nina Ottosson toys are fantastic and wooden so they last and last! You can vary how difficult they are depending on how many ‘bits’ you add which means you can keep it new an interesting. We have a discount code which is New09 if you enter this code when you check out it will give you 10% off your order! Am currently laid up with a flu-bug but will add piccies of Oscar soon!

Thankyou – I’m glad you like the site – it’s still very much a work in progress and we’re battling to keep our prices as competitive as possible – as we grown and get busier we get better prices from our suppliers so I’m constantly tweaking them!!

Thanks for the tips regarding the photos – I’m not very techy so if it’s easy then it gets the thumbs up from me. I’ll try and load them tonight – I’m not at home at the moment so can’t access the photos 🙁
    P.S. Dodger looks great!!
P.P.S. I’m not sure if I’m replying to these comments properly or not – I tried using the ‘quote’ button is that right?!

Hi Izzie – thanks for your message. He’s a show cocker (although he seems to think he’s working and likes to get down and muddy and chase everything in sight!!) He’s our first dog but I keep getting really dog-broody looking at other pictures of dogs and puppies – I’ve got a 16 month old little boy though and the thought of another puppy at the moment would just be one thing too much so I’ll have to wait!!

Do you have a cocker too?
